Setup Workshop Maps (PC Only)
Steam
1. Go to the Steam Workshop page for Rocket League (Here)
2. Find a workshop map you want to play and click "Subscribe"
3. Launch Rocket League -> Play -> Extras -> Workshop
Want to Play With Friends?

2. This will take a long time to setup, be patient
3. If you join the private match using a password, you will have to get that from the person hosting the event (saved in join private match window)

Ground Control
These maps will focus on ground control, sometimes you will go in the air!
Aim Trainer
This map is all about shooting. This is great for getting used to the way your flip affects the ball, air roll shots, and understanding how to place your shots. Great for any in game scenarios.
Canyon Dribble
A newer dribbling challenge map, based on the DeadEye Canyon map. 15 levels of pure suffering are waiting for you in this map and it is not for novices, a very hard map that will make you question your abilities!
Dribble Challenge 1.2
The first rendition in the Dribble Challenge series, another map to practice your ball control on, not much more to say about this one.
Dribble 2 Overhaul
30 levels that increase in difficulty, you'll notice improvements each time you attempt it, witnessing the impact of your training.
Eversax Challenge
Very difficult dribble map, meant only for the best dribblers who are up for a challenge. This will put you to your limits with dribbling
Eversax Olympics
You will find 8 different challenges created to test and improve yourself as a player. These challenges will push you to your limits.
Hurdle Challenge
The hurdle challenge is a fun way to test the amount of height you can get on the ball, just throw it over the wall to play.
Immortals Tower
20 levels, comprehensive test of Rocket League skills. Speed, timing, accuracy, aerials, boost control. This will help with complete car control
Lethamyr’s Dribble
Extremely challenging map that tests your dribbling skills. It is recommended to achieve a sub-15-minute time on Dribble Challenge 2
Lethamyr’s Egyptian Tomb
A parkour map where you can practice flipping around and what-not, not great for serious training but it's a fun map.
Mr Toasties
Drift Track
Thin race track you can practice your drift control and powerslides. Not much more to be said, hop on and see what its about

Noob Dribble
If you are new to dribbling then the noob dribble map is a great way to practice your low level ball control. The nice part about it is you don't have to (but you can) dribble the ball on your car to play the course
The Path
Forest, cave, mountain, castle. Scenic and interactive. Discover ball carrier's significance through endings. You will not be disappointed with the design and fun you have
The Floor's Lava
Although this map isn’t ideal and the Lava texture gave me an aneurysm. It is certainly very hard, if you’re really good at dribbling and need another challenge try this out.
Aerial Control - Rings
You fly through rings to get to your objective. They are very fun for beginners!
Beach Race
Awesome looking map set on the outskirts of the salty shores map. The faster you go, the harder it gets
Future Rings
A fun alternative to traditional rings maps, includes 2 additional courses for beginners and smaller rings
Impossible Rings
Very frustrating with no reset version offers good practice, though it requires integrity to complete
Jump Rings 1
In these maps, you have unlimited boost and fly from ring to ring, and trying to finish fast as possible

Lethamyr Rings
One of the most used maps used to train aerial control. Some of the stages get very challenging
Lucid Rings
If you get the texture pack, this map is very relaxing and looks like you are in the clouds
Neon Heights
Fun map by Leth, mainly focuses on aerial movements, sometimes goes to ground, better than his OG rings
Aerial Control - Speedrunning
Make it to the end as fast as possible. Then do it again to beat your time!
Speed Jump: Trials 1
Another quality obstacle course from DMC. Try and get the the end as fast as possible. You should try to have 0 deaths and see faster times

A non-punishing, beginner-friendly, advanced-oriented obstacle course.
Beat Saber
Great way to improve car control, it’s fun too. It doesn't even feel like you are training. Fun rhythm game to improve your car control
Hornet's Nest
​A fun map where the obstacles come to you, once you complete all 10 levels you can change the speed for an even harder challenge
